Guasima's supporters rose to their feet, but Gonsalve Tofino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Chaime Ontiveros breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gonsalve Tofino scored 0-2 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Chaime Ontiveros, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After recieving a nice pass, CAD Aquilino Juares's Guilllermo Riesco tried to score from far away in the 67th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. When Ramiro Alderete came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Guasima fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ramiro Alderete couldn't finish the play. If Gonsalve Tofino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Guasima booed when CAD Aquilino Juares was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aritza Barambio didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 87th minute, Guilllermo Riesco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 0-4 became the score in the 96th minute when Ramiro Alderete elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The CAD Aquilino Juares fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Guasima were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
