Spectators: 6714 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1714, VIP seats: 0) Edgardo Urdapilleta made the kick off and thus started the match. After 4 played minutes Cariben FC got a freekick which was hit by Rodolfo Consul. After a defensive mix-up in Cariben FC's zone, Edgardo Urdapilleta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pere Padilla came out of the goal and Edgardo Urdapilleta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 11 minutes into the match, Cariben FC's Silvio Garnelo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ostots Tejada narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Pere Padilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgardo Urdapilleta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ostots Tejada made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lucas Zubillaga in the 17th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Silvio Garnelo in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ostots Tejada prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvio Garnelo in the 20th minute of play forced Jacabo's goalkeeper Ostots Tejada to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cariben FC's Silvio Garnelo got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Precioso Bolide kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Edgardo Urdapilleta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ostots Tejada made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lucas Zubillaga in the 45th minute. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 46th minute of the game. One of Jacabo:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Cariben FC:s goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Silvio Garnelo was the one to do the kick off. Cariben FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Edgardo Urdapilleta 56 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-2. After having played for 60 minutes, Lucas Zubillaga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cariben FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lucas Zubillaga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cariben FC's Pere Padilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgardo Urdapilleta in the 62nd minute of play. Lucas Zubillaga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nicollao Orive fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pere Padilla having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgardo Urdapilleta in the 74th minute of play forced Cariben FC's goalkeeper Pere Padilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lapurdi Casares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Pere Padilla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lucas Zubillaga's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ostots Tejada read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. Silvio Garnelo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ostots Tejada having to interfere. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
