A collision led to Bariquizal FC getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Marciano Erran hit a great ball. The supporters of Bariquizal FC booed when Carmen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sotero Escajedo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jose Lluberas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Opilano Junquera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 27th minute of the game. One of Carmen:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Bariquizal FC:s goal. In the 29th minute there was a penalty for Bariquizal FC. Lorenzo Gomez stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Illan Obaldia. 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Lluterio Artadi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bariquizal FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Lluterio Artadi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Illan Obaldia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

In the 54th match minute, Carmen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valerio Sotilla to maneuver through the defense. Valerio Sotilla's late challenge caught a Bariquizal FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Valerio Sotilla helped the player get up and apologised. In the 56th match minute, Carmen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valerio Sotilla to maneuver through the defense. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Opilano Junquera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Lluterio Artadi took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Illan Obaldia. Illan Obaldia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Opilano Junquera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Atarratze Ambrosio in the 86th minute of the match. If Atarratze Ambrosio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 90 minutes into the game, Carmen's Jose Lluberas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Opilano Junquera made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. In the 94th minute, Marciano Erran hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
