The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Xulio Soberon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Marques Suarbol tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marques Suarbol was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Giro Hoyuelos showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 6 minute of play. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind Palete's goalkeeper Marques Suarbol, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Marques Suarbol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xulio Soberon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marques Suarbol didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 25th minute, which inside left pole to 2-0. Marques Suarbol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Giro Hoyuelos in the 36th minute of play. Marques Suarbol didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Giro Hoyuelos went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Giro Hoyuelos in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marques Suarbol saved Palete from getting behind. Giro Hoyuelos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Marques Suarbol made a huge save. Xulio Soberon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marques Suarbol having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Giro Hoyuelos during the 51st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Ya Perdimos F.C's Giro Hoyuelos got a free kick in the 52nd minute. After 53 played minutes Ya Perdimos F.C got a freekick which was hit by Erubiel Canton. In the 54th minute of the match Gutierre Castejana sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Berasko Lujan skillfully saved the ball. Ya Perdimos F.C's Eleuterio Palenzuela got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Giro Hoyuelos in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marques Suarbol prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ya Perdimos F.C's Xulio Soberon got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ya Perdimos F.C's Dante Zambranos was substituted for Samuel Utheim. Xulio Soberon blasted a shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marques Suarbol having to make a save. Berasko Lujan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dalmai Sorribo in the 70th minute. Ya Perdimos F.C's Reynardo Gormaz quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Gutierre Castejana, made in the 80th minute of the game. After 80th play minutes Giro Hoyuelos shot 6-0, a short shot which went by Marques Suarbol and just under the crossbar into goal. 88 minutes into the match, Palete's goal looked a bit too open when Giro Hoyuelos came free, but Marques Suarbol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Giro Hoyuelos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marques Suarbol having to interfere. Ya Perdimos F.C's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
