Spectators: 6723 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Vitorino Güega took the kick off in the first half of the match. Artur Rubial's late challenge caught a Botalon FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Artur Rubial helped the player get up and apologised. After recieving a nice pass, Botalon FC's Roger Cenzano tried to score from far away in the 4th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 10 minutes into the match, Botalon FC's goal looked a bit too open when Feliu Urizar came free, but Florencio Peñacerrada reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 13th minute, Vitorino Güega made a precise shot to the right of Toribio Rubinos. Mayagua's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Feliu Urizar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Florencio Peñacerrada tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Feliu Urizar blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Florencio Peñacerrada having to make a save. Mayagua's Toribio Rubinos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maria Izarra in the 22nd minute of play. Mayagua's Stefano Ondategui shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 25th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Florencio Peñacerrada but with some difficulty. Florencio Peñacerrada made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Feliu Urizar sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Botalon FC's Maria Izarra got a free kick in the 29th minute. Mayagua's Zadornin Lariz got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Feliu Urizar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Mayagua getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Zadornin Lariz hit a great ball. If Zadornin Lariz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vitorino Güega recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mayagua's Toribio Rubinos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vitorino Güega in the 45th minute of play.

If Feliu Urizar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Florencio Peñacerrada showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zadornin Lariz in the 61st minute of the match. The supporters of Botalon FC booed when Mayagua was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Feliu Urizar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Iaki Govantes got his second yellow card in the match during the 66th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. A collision led to Botalon FC getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Iaki Govantes hit a great ball. 74 minutes into the game, Paulino Bucaran cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Florencio Peñacerrada was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Zadornin Lariz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Botalon FC's Vitorino Güega got a free kick in the 79th minute. Maria Izarra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Toribio Rubinos having to interfere. The supporters of Mayagua booed when Botalon FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vitorino Güega didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 85th minute of the match Stefano Ondategui shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Florencio Peñacerrada showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Maria Izarra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Toribio Rubinos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Maria Izarra managed to get in a good position for a shot. Botalon FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Maria Izarra was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Toribio Rubinos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
