Spectators: 6709 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1709, VIP seats: 0) Casanacho's Americo Capistrano started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Tipi Montalban made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Tiago Sobrido sent off a good shot on target. Tipi Montalban made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cresitobalo Oyardo in the 13th minute of play. If Americo Capistrano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Americo Capistrano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rainerio Cañal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Lixandro Bastida tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 34 minutes into the match, Rainerio Cañal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lixandro Bastida. Escobalito FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rainerio Cañal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Lixandro Bastida took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rainerio Cañal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tipi Montalban made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cresitobalo Oyardo in the 42nd minute of play. In the 43rd minute Cresitobalo Oyardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tipi Montalban saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 48th minute, Tiago Sobrido got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Americo Capistrano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Casanacho's supporters rose to their feet, but Americo Capistrano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lixandro Bastida breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind Casanacho's goalkeeper Tipi Montalban, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Americo Capistrano in the 62nd minute of play forced Escobalito FC's goalkeeper Lixandro Bastida to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 71st minute Tiago Sobrido shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tipi Montalban saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Cresitobalo Oyardo came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Escobalito FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cresitobalo Oyardo couldn't finish the play. Tiago Sobrido sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 82 played minutes Escobalito FC got a freekick which was hit by Ximun Ruelas. Through an outstanding action, after 83 minutes, Lixandro Bastida successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 90 minutes Casanacho's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Platon Jauregui who took care of the corner kick. Platon Jauregui made a great header on Escobalito FC's corner, it was just that Casanacho's Tipi Montalban managed to reach the ball for a save. 92 minutes into the match, Casanacho's Americo Capistrano sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lixandro Bastida narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 95th minute Americo Capistrano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lixandro Bastida saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Casanacho supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Casanacho would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
