Spectators: 6723 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 0) Bernad Laguardia started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Innocenzio Izarra came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Arepeta's Nicanor Alcubierre. But to his dismay, Nicanor Alcubierre quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 9th minute, Nicanor Alcubierre got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 13 minutes into the game, Palben Carredano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Arepeta's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cocorote the free kick. In the 14th minute, Palben Carredano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Palben Carredano kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. In the 35th minute, Nicanor Alcubierre ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Innocenzio Izarra was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. After 39 minutes, Idacio Ceballos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Arepeta and the Cocorote players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 39th match minute, Arepeta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Idacio Ceballos to maneuver through the defense. Bazil Arduengo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Josias Cerrajero having to interfere. In the 43rd minute Bernad Laguardia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Josias Cerrajero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A hard, long distance shot from George Ruberte flew over the goal.

After a defensive mix-up in Cocorote's zone, Nicanor Alcubierre stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Innocenzio Izarra came out of the goal and Nicanor Alcubierre tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Arepeta's Nicanor Alcubierre got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Bazil Arduengo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernad Laguardia in the 72nd minute of play forced Arepeta's goalkeeper Josias Cerrajero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nicanor Alcubierre fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Innocenzio Izarra having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Nicanor Alcubierre's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Innocenzio Izarra was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. Bazil Arduengo might have been able to make a better finish in the 79th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Josias Cerrajero. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bazil Arduengo ran back to his position shaking his head. Innocenzio Izarra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicanor Alcubierre in the 93rd minute of play. If Nicanor Alcubierre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There was no doubt that Arepeta were the better team. Arepeta's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
