In the 12thth minute of the game Paio Barrio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Corocoro FC's Nunez Cadiñanos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 13th minute, Paio Barrio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 14 minutes into the game, Perfecto Barredo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Corocoro FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Guamacho the free kick. After a rather tough play, Corocoro FC's Perfecto Barredo got a free kick in the 14th minute. Nunez Cadiñanos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dabi Sastre's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. The supporters of Guamacho booed when Corocoro FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ulises Ibias didn't get a good kick on the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Castel Goicoolea was the one to do the kick off. After 52 minutes, Castel Goicoolea made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Guamacho's Evarado Vime tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 61 minutes into the match, Castel Goicoolea had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Evarado Vime. Guamacho's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Castel Goicoolea was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. After some careless play in the Guamacho defense, Castel Goicoolea kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Evarado Vime. The Guamacho fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Evarado Vime should have stopped the shot. Corocoro FC's Castel Goicoolea got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 74 minutes into the match, Corocoro FC's goal looked a bit too open when Paio Barrio came free, but Nunez Cadiñanos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lucio Arvelo's late challenge caught a Corocoro FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lucio Arvelo helped the player get up and apologised. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 78th minute of the game. One of Guamacho:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Corocoro FC:s goal. Bermund Villapun shot the penalty kick right outside the post.
