Corocito FC's Kaxen Aguinaga got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Corocito FC's Leheren Arismendi got control of the ball when Roldan Ribalta tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mucuchies's Macias Hondona played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ondino Santianes in the 40th minute of play. 43 minutes into the game, Luis-Antonio Vaca was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mucuchies's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Corocito FC the free kick. The supporters of Corocito FC booed when Mucuchies was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luis-Antonio Vaca didn't get a good kick on the ball. Roldan Ribalta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leheren Arismendi having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Roldan Ribalta stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Roldan Ribalta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Mucuchies getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Roldan Ribalta hit a great ball. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
