Afonso Castresana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Esiquio Malta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Afonso Castresana fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Dignao FC's protests and gave Afonso Castresana a yellow card for diving instead. Afonso Castresana hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Isusko Maceira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Guareguare FC's Esiquio Malta proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Guareguare FC from getting a goal against them. Adolfo Rigual stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Isusko Maceira's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. If Afonso Castresana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 36 played minutes Dignao FC got a freekick which was hit by Leon Millon. An unexpectedly hard shot by Blasco Aedo in the 39th minute of play forced Dignao FC's goalkeeper Adolfo Rigual to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 41 minutes of play, Dignao FC's Afonso Castresana made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Esiquio Malta was left in no man's land by his defense there! 47 minutes into the match, Guareguare FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nataniel Sevane came free, but Esiquio Malta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Blasco Aedo made a kick off. In the 53rd match minute, Dignao FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucas Ortiz to maneuver through the defense. Adolfo Rigual showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isusko Maceira in the 54th minute of the match. In the 56th minute, Blasco Aedo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Adolfo Rigual. The goal made the score 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nataniel Sevane in the 60th minute of play forced Guareguare FC's goalkeeper Esiquio Malta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Blasco Aedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Adolfo Rigual tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With his leg Adolfo Rigual managed to avoid a goal in the 68thth minute, when Guareguare FC's Isusko Maceira fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ysidro Corullon during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Afonso Castresana scored 2-1 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Esiquio Malta, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Nataniel Sevane fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Esiquio Malta having to interfere. Adolfo Rigual made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Isusko Maceira sent off a good shot on target. An unexpected shot in the 89th minute by Isusko Maceira got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Blasco Aedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Adolfo Rigual tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Dignao FC's Adolfo Rigual got control of the ball when Isusko Maceira tried to sneak it across the goal line. Fernandez Gancedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adolfo Rigual having to interfere. Dignao FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
