After a rather tough play, Pericos's Vitorino Berrio got a free kick in the 12th minute. Xuan Manzardo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Elivareo Acenero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 17 minutes into the match, Toronal FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bizi Trelles came free, but Elivareo Acenero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Celso Toral sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Elivareo Acenero stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Serafo Ruisuarez's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Celso Toral in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Elivareo Acenero saved Toronal FC from getting behind. 22 minutes into the game, Xuan Manzardo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pericos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Toronal FC the free kick. After 22 played minutes Pericos got a freekick which was hit by Xuan Manzardo. Pericos's Rodrigo Flayre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isaac Huercanos in the 25th minute of play. Rodrigo Flayre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isaac Huercanos in the 28th minute of the match. Rodrigo Flayre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isaac Huercanos in the 32nd minute of play. Xuan Manzardo was shown his second yellow card after 33 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Thanks to some nice moves Tajo Cañal could shoot a difficult shot in the 37th minute, which Rodrigo Flayre however easily saved by the left post. After having played for 41 minutes, Celso Toral managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pericos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Celso Toral was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Serafo Ruisuarez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Bizi Trelles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vitorino Berrio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elivareo Acenero having to interfere. Elivareo Acenero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bizi Trelles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

In the 61st minute, Pericos's Celso Toral fired away a free kick that almost went in the goal, but it hit the crossbar and went out into the crowd. 63 minutes into the game, Zernin Morana was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Toronal FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pericos the free kick. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Bizi Trelles managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pericos's supporters rose to their feet, but Bizi Trelles was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Elivareo Acenero breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 86 minutes into the match, Bizi Trelles notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Toronal FC's Elivareo Acenero. Elivareo Acenero was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Bizi Trelles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Serafo Ruisuarez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elivareo Acenero having to interfere. 97 minutes into the match, Celso Toral had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Elivareo Acenero. Toronal FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Celso Toral was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. The Toronal FC players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
