Spectators: 6709 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1709, VIP seats: 0) Jarayadito's Lorencio Maltrana started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Dominguez Orchua took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lorencio Maltrana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dominguez Orchua was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 37th minute Lorencio Maltrana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dominguez Orchua saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eufrasio Najera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Joseba Godoy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Jarayadito's zone, Txaran Manteca stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joseba Godoy came out of the goal and Txaran Manteca tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ourente Barrieta to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, Táchira F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eufrasio Najera to maneuver through the defense. Táchira F.C's Dominguez Orchua played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lorencio Maltrana in the 56th minute of play. In the 58thth minute of the game Mel Agra who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Táchira F.C's Dominguez Orchua was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The long shot by Hotz Salce in the 63rd minute really tested Joseba Godoy's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Txaran Manteca managed to get in a good position for a shot. Táchira F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Txaran Manteca was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joseba Godoy breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Mel Agra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jarayadito's Mel Agra got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 76 minutes into the match, Jarayadito's goal looked a bit too open when Ourente Barrieta came free, but Joseba Godoy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dominguez Orchua showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lorencio Maltrana in the 78th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eufrasio Najera during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Jarayadito booed when Táchira F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eufrasio Najera didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dominguez Orchua came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Jarayadito's Mel Agra. But to his dismay, Mel Agra quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. In the 89th minute, Lorencio Maltrana got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 93 minutes into the match, Jarayadito's goalkeeper Joseba Godoy had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Txaran Manteca. Joseba Godoy made an important save on a dangerous shot by Txaran Manteca in the 94th minute.
