The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Osorio Minjaraz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Xever Palermo to make the kick off. After 55 played minutes Tortolica FC got a freekick which was hit by Cristian Santiuste. Libertad Garces received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Jonathan Arduengo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 60th minute, Oriol Vea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Osorio Minjaraz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Egoi Pernau managed to get in a good position for a shot. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
