Inge Mendigoitia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Emil Zarkov succeeded in the game's 11th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. Emil Zarkov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Inge Mendigoitia having to interfere. 19 minutes into the match, Corozo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Emil Zarkov came free, but Inge Mendigoitia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Inge Mendigoitia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Atlético Cojedes were awarded a corner in the 36th minute after Corozo FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ivon Villariño took the corner. At last the ball reached Cosme Linares at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of Corozo FC. 0-4. Inge Mendigoitia didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Emil Zarkov went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. Emil Zarkov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Inge Mendigoitia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Corderall Barrero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Corozo FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Atlético Cojedes were winning 0-5.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Corderall Barrero was the one to do the kick off. Emil Zarkov did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-8 to the left of a surprised Inge Mendigoitia 75 minutes into the match. 78 minutes into the match, Atlético Cojedes's Emil Zarkov sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Inge Mendigoitia narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Inge Mendigoitia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emil Zarkov in the 80th minute of the match. 81 minutes into the match, Ruy Ballina notched a goal, 0-9, to the right of Corozo FC's Inge Mendigoitia.
