Marcelino Yribarren was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Puepa's supporters rose to their feet, but Ondino Avina was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcelino Yribarren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ondino Avina in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcelino Yribarren saved Aponte from getting behind. Ondino Avina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Erauso Villabona fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcelino Yribarren having to interfere. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Puepa's goalkeeper Hipolito Escarza, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sergio Pita got free with Hipolito Escarza in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ondino Avina to strike the kick off in the second half. Marcelino Yribarren made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Erauso Villabona sent off a good shot on target. When Erauso Villabona came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Puepa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erauso Villabona couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Ondino Avina managed to get in a good position for a shot. Puepa's supporters rose to their feet, but Ondino Avina was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. The supporters of Puepa booed when Aponte was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pierres Danzo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Argider Bellid hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. After 80 minutes, Gabon Giumill mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Aponte and the Puepa players grew even worse after the yellow card. Gabon Giumill kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. If Eriz Camilo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 91 minutes into the match, Aponte's Sergio Pita sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hipolito Escarza narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Erauso Villabona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Puepa were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
