Galsino Hevia hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. 15 minutes in the game, Zavier Cardeños fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Lalo Veleña having to interfere. Zavier Cardeños sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Donio Godinez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Frantzes Erauso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 31st minute of the match, Zavier Cardeños tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Lalo Veleña saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Andre Somalo hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. 35 minutes into the match, Yimi's Rodas Larrinaga broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Lalo Veleña came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Yimi's Xusto Agulla. But to his dismay, Xusto Agulla quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 43 minutes into the match, Yimi's goal looked a bit too open when Edson Nieves came free, but Frantzes Erauso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yimi's Frantzes Erauso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Donio Godinez in the 45th minute of play. Lalo Teixido kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edson Nieves to make the kick off. Lalo Veleña stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zavier Cardeños's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. After 66th play minutes Donio Godinez shot 1-2, a short shot which went by Frantzes Erauso and just under the crossbar into goal. After a defensive mix-up in Yimi's zone, Donio Godinez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Frantzes Erauso came out of the goal and Donio Godinez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zavier Cardeños in the 73rd minute of play forced Sarria's goalkeeper Lalo Veleña to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Sarria getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Timoteo Cortez hit a great ball. Lalo Veleña showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zavier Cardeños in the 79th minute of the match. In the 80th minute, Estavan Caunedo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 83 minutes, Cordarrell Muxica mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Yimi and the Sarria players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 84 played minutes Yimi got a freekick which was hit by Cordarrell Muxica. 86 minutes in the game Estavan Caunedo after having made a beautiful turn got a great opportunity to score and fired away a shot that went just to the left past a relieved Frantzes Erauso. A very good opportunity. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pablo-Enrique Alais in the 89th minute of play forced Yimi's goalkeeper Frantzes Erauso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Donio Godinez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sarria's supporters rose to their feet, but Donio Godinez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Frantzes Erauso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 92nd minute, Castel Lugo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sarria's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
