When the match clock showed 28 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Lando Usarralde sped through Muyapa's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Zuhaitz Llago. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Evelio Sorrarain in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vitorino Señor prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Muyapa's Evelio Sorrarain in 37 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Vitorino Señor guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Evelio Sorrarain in the 38th minute of play forced Manganeso FC's goalkeeper Vitorino Señor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zuhaitz Llago came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Manganeso FC's Lando Usarralde. But to his dismay, Lando Usarralde quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Vitorino Señor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evelio Sorrarain, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Anastasio Galnares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Evelio Sorrarain stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Manganeso FC getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Tadeu Seoane hit a great ball. 66 minutes into the match, Manganeso FC's goalkeeper Vitorino Señor had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anastasio Galnares. Evelio Sorrarain received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Vitorino Señor came out and tried to block the shot, but Evelio Sorrarain slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 67th minute. Evelio Sorrarain fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vitorino Señor having to interfere. Anastasio Galnares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Anastasio Galnares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zuhaitz Llago made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pello Oromi in the 88th minute of play. Manganeso FC's Vitorino Señor proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Manganeso FC from getting a goal against them. Anastasio Galnares recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Anastasio Galnares struck a weak shot in the 98th minute. Vitorino Señor didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Muyapa. Manganeso FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
