The tension between the Molinera and the Cachaza FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Molinera fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 4th minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 6 minutes, Cachaza FC's Zarbonin Homar got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Eneas Lezcano. Eneas Lezcano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tiso Hubieta, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Tebaldo Ventura received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Remir Soraiz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Jaunzuria Monsalve's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Remir Soraiz was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Molinera's zone, Tiso Hubieta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eneas Lezcano came out of the goal and Tiso Hubieta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tiso Hubieta was the one to do the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Cesario Tobar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cachaza FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Cesario Tobar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eneas Lezcano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 80 minutes into the match, Molinera's goal looked a bit too open when Tiso Hubieta came free, but Eneas Lezcano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jaunzuria Monsalve succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 82nd playminute. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Tebaldo Ventura managed to get in a good position for a shot. Molinera's supporters rose to their feet, but Tebaldo Ventura was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Remir Soraiz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 87 minutes into the game, Fermin Paternina was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cachaza FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Molinera the free kick. Fermin Paternina kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Molinera defense, Cesario Tobar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eneas Lezcano. The Molinera fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eneas Lezcano should have stopped the shot. Cesario Tobar struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Eneas Lezcano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cachaza FC. Molinera's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Cachaza FC had won, even though Molinera had held more of the ball.
