The supporters of Marigua FC booed when Urba FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eneko Ingueros didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 14 played minutes Urba FC got a freekick which was hit by Cidro Ibio. In the 18th minute, Silvestre Crujeiras made a precise shot to the right of Alfonso Salce. Urba FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Emilio Padolles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ganix Remon in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Geofredo Norzagaray prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ganix Remon in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Geofredo Norzagaray saved Marigua FC from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Silvestre Crujeiras got free with Alfonso Salce in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Emilio Padolles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Emilio Padolles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geofredo Norzagaray having to interfere. Marigua FC's Geofredo Norzagaray played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ganix Remon in the 48th minute of play.

The wind increased when Vimaro Belarrinaga made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vimaro Belarrinaga in the 52nd minute of play forced Urba FC's goalkeeper Alfonso Salce to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ganix Remon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ganix Remon during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The audience was convinced that Silvestre Crujeiras's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alfonso Salce was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. In the 74thth minute of the game Ganix Remon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Marigua FC's Geofredo Norzagaray was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 81st minute Silvestre Crujeiras shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfonso Salce saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vimaro Belarrinaga struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Alfonso Salce didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Marigua FC. Alfonso Salce stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vimaro Belarrinaga's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. Ganix Remon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geofredo Norzagaray having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Marigua FC's Alonzo Roelas got a free kick in the 96th minute. Marigua FC's Geofredo Norzagaray proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 98th minute of the match, managed to save Marigua FC from getting a goal against them.
