Spectators: 6730 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1730, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Picapica's Olayo Villegas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sugoi Santotis in the 17th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Picapica's Oscar Astiago got a free kick in the 20th minute. After having played for 21 minutes, Bernabe Santervas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rojas FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bernabe Santervas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lucas Lubiano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Alejandro Urruela tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Gilberto Aumente had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 33 minutes into the match, Rojas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gilberto Aumente came free, but Alejandro Urruela reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 36 minutes of play, Picapica's Gilberto Aumente made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alejandro Urruela was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 40th minute, Fortunato Fabeiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Sugoi Santotis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Quintyn Helguera stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Lucas Lubiano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alejandro Urruela saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 53rd minute Picapica were awarded a corner. Juan Verdeces went to the cornerflag to take it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Quintyn Helguera in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Olayo Villegas saved Picapica from getting behind. If Sugoi Santotis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Olayo Villegas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Quintyn Helguera in the 67th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Picapica's Valiente Rasa got a free kick in the 70th minute. With a little luck, Picapica's Olayo Villegas got control of the ball when Sugoi Santotis tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Rojas FC booed when Picapica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valiente Rasa didn't get a good kick on the ball. 80 minutes into the match, Picapica's goalkeeper Olayo Villegas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sugoi Santotis. An unexpectedly hard shot by Quintyn Helguera in the 83rd minute of play forced Picapica's goalkeeper Olayo Villegas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Picapica's Olayo Villegas got control of the ball when Sugoi Santotis tried to sneak it across the goal line.
