Natalio Mujica fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Çeliker Şahinoğlu having to interfere. Patxi Ermua took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Baiarte Llanos. Baiarte Llanos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. After 38 played minutes, Cayures FC's Flavio Herias shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Baiarte Llanos came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Cayures FC reached it. In the 44th match minute, Cayures FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jacob Guillen to maneuver through the defense.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Giraldo Longar was the one to do the kick off. Cayures FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Patxi Ermua was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Baiarte Llanos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 66 minutes into the match, Cayures FC's Giraldo Longar sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Baiarte Llanos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 69th match minute, Cayures FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Flavio Herias to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Natalio Mujica in the 71st minute of play forced Cayures FC's goalkeeper Çeliker Şahinoğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Giraldo Longar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cayures FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
