The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Cusma FC booed when Yaguita FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vitin Gandarillas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 13 minutes, Salamon Hurdinosa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Yaguita FC and the Cusma FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Salamon Hurdinosa kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. After having played for 14 minutes, Montrelle Seron managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cusma FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Montrelle Seron was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vitin Gandarillas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tiago Sota, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. 17 minutes into the game, Montrelle Seron cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Montrelle Seron hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Vitin Gandarillas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tiago Sota went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Montrelle Seron got in the 49th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Vitin Gandarillas handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Vitin Gandarillas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Locaio Pastrana's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. Vitin Gandarillas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tiago Sota, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Tiago Sota came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Cusma FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tiago Sota couldn't finish the play. Vitin Gandarillas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tiago Sota in the 69th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Yaguita FC's Salamon Hurdinosa got a free kick in the 69th minute.
