Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Pinto Cerezo kicked off to start the match. 4 minutes into the match, Tomoporo's Pinto Cerezo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ivon Correa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Mapure's zone, Caitano Señor stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ivon Correa came out of the goal and Caitano Señor tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 6th match minute, Tomoporo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Incendio Tros to maneuver through the defense. Mapure's Ivon Correa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Caitano Señor in the 10th minute of play. Rai Manteca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Umea Tacon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Caitano Señor blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ivon Correa having to make a save. Pinto Cerezo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ivon Correa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pinto Cerezo in the 21st minute of the match. In the 23rd minute Caitano Señor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivon Correa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Caitano Señor managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tomoporo's supporters rose to their feet, but Caitano Señor was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ivon Correa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Rai Manteca fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mapure's protests and gave Rai Manteca a yellow card for diving instead. After having played for 26 minutes, Caitano Señor managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tomoporo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Caitano Señor was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Mapure getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Rai Manteca hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Mapure's Rai Manteca got a free kick in the 38th minute. In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mapure's goalkeeper Ivon Correa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ivon Correa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pinto Cerezo in the 42nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Mapure's zone, Pinto Cerezo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ivon Correa came out of the goal and Pinto Cerezo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 48 minutes of play, Tomoporo's Rico Artes made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ivon Correa was left in no man's land by his defense there! Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jacindo Lloret stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Tomoporo booed when Mapure was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Telo Zumiza didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Pinto Cerezo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tomoporo's supporters rose to their feet, but Pinto Cerezo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ivon Correa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 65 played minutes Tomoporo got a freekick which was hit by Incendio Tros. A collision led to Mapure getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Cai Camarero hit a great ball. Pinto Cerezo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 85th minute, Pinto Cerezo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Caitano Señor could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Ivon Correa made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Rai Manteca managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mapure's supporters rose to their feet, but Rai Manteca was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Umea Tacon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jacindo Lloret during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The Mapure fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Tomoporo were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
