Spectators: 6723 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 0) Cambuyon's Ieltxu Orantes started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th match minute, Arrecifal FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernanco Vasquez to maneuver through the defense. Ieltxu Orantes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tiadoro Contero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Abel Moxi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arrecifal FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 23rd minute, when Ieltxu Orantes scored to the left of an out of position Sasoin Tezanos, making the score, 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Arrecifal FC's zone, Baleren Fonoll stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sasoin Tezanos came out of the goal and Baleren Fonoll tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Arrecifal FC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Orlondon Garagorri hit a great ball. If Ieltxu Orantes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Baleren Fonoll could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Sasoin Tezanos made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Cambuyon's zone, Tiadoro Contero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abel Moxi came out of the goal and Tiadoro Contero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the Arrecifal FC defense, Baleren Fonoll kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sasoin Tezanos. The Arrecifal FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sasoin Tezanos should have stopped the shot. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Sasoin Tezanos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baleren Fonoll, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baleren Fonoll in the 64th minute of play forced Arrecifal FC's goalkeeper Sasoin Tezanos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 65 played minutes Arrecifal FC got a freekick which was hit by Bero Rovira. After having played for 66 minutes, Ieltxu Orantes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cambuyon's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ieltxu Orantes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lluques Fardi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 75 minutes, Lluques Fardi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Arrecifal FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lluques Fardi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Baleren Fonoll sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 87 played minutes Arrecifal FC got a freekick which was hit by Orlondon Garagorri. Urko Sopuerta took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 88th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Sasoin Tezanos. Arrecifal FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Ieltxu Orantes might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sasoin Tezanos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ieltxu Orantes ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 97thth minute of the game Baleren Fonoll who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Arrecifal FC's Sasoin Tezanos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Cambuyon were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Arrecifal FC for a fine match.
