The audience was convinced that Eriz Guereña's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Juanito Brunet was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Juanito Brunet. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Martinez Canton in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Juanito Brunet prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 28th minute of the match, Martinez Canton tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Juanito Brunet saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Dalmau Calero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Matia Hubieta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Naricita FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Orkatz Saz in the 32nd minute. Leobardo Aniego made a great header on Naricita FC's corner, it was just that Liceta's Dalmau Calero managed to reach the ball for a save. Martinez Canton hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Matia Hubieta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Martinez Canton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Juanito Brunet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 63 minutes into the game, Haritz Pariente was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Naricita FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Liceta the free kick. Naricita FC's Juanito Brunet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rayman Ozaolaza in the 64th minute of play. In the 70th match minute, Naricita FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matia Hubieta to maneuver through the defense. If Hernan Loranza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Matia Hubieta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 80thth minute of the game Martinez Canton who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Naricita FC's Juanito Brunet was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Haritz Pariente hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Martinez Canton might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Juanito Brunet. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Martinez Canton ran back to his position shaking his head. When Matia Hubieta came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Naricita FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Matia Hubieta couldn't finish the play. In the 90th minute, Hernan Loranza fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Dalmau Calero, passed just outside the right post. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Liceta had won after a very even match.
