The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Martxelin Morera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Giro Jetino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Federigo Servicial had in the 5thth minute some difficulties stopping Montay Ruy's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Federigo Servicial stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Beremundo Rallo's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. Niolaao Brion charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Niolaao Brion the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 10th minute, Niolaao Brion hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Cerrito's zone, Martxelin Morera stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Giro Jetino came out of the goal and Martxelin Morera tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Jurdan Zaldain managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cerrito's supporters rose to their feet, but Jurdan Zaldain was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Federigo Servicial breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Matias Faria hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Servando Villaraud's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 24thth minute, Giro Jetino skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Servando Villaraud made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 25thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Giro Jetino would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. Federigo Servicial stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Beremundo Rallo's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. Cerrito's Niolaao Brion suffered a concussion after 32 minutes and had to leave the field. Gaitan Frexes charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gaitan Frexes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Gaitan Frexes kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. When Matias Faria fell near the penalty area in the 34th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cadaverio F.C.'s protests and gave Matias Faria a yellow card for diving instead. Matias Faria kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Cerrito's Montay Ruy got a free kick in the 41st minute. Federigo Servicial showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jurdan Zaldain, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute.

The wind increased when Jurdan Zaldain made the kick off in the second half. The Cerrito fans' excitement grew in the 52nd match minute when Cerrito's Jurdan Zaldain looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When Ponc Velicia fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cadaverio F.C.'s protests and gave Ponc Velicia a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Cadaverio F.C. getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Ponc Velicia hit a great ball. Jurdan Zaldain sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Giro Jetino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martxelin Morera in the 66th minute of play. Martxelin Morera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Giro Jetino having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Servando Villaraud in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Giro Jetino prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Cerrito's zone, Servando Villaraud stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Giro Jetino came out of the goal and Servando Villaraud tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Cerrito getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Jurdan Zaldain hit a great ball. Servando Villaraud recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 92 played minutes Cerrito got a freekick which was hit by Geronimo Toranzo. Servando Villaraud fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Giro Jetino having to interfere. Ur Toral blasted a shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Federigo Servicial having to make a save. The Cadaverio F.C. supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Cerrito's performance. The match ended with a win for Cerrito.
