The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The audience was convinced that Marcelito Ason's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Federigo Servicial was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Martxelin Morera in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Montel Gañona saved Caratica FC from getting behind. A collision led to Caratica FC getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Rio Oliveras hit a great ball. In the 24th minute of the match Ponc Velicia sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Montel Gañona skillfully saved the ball. Favila Baneros hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. If Martxelin Morera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Servando Villaraud struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Montel Gañona didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cadaverio F.C.. When Mauro Onis fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cadaverio F.C.'s protests and gave Mauro Onis a yellow card for diving instead. In the 30th minute, Mauro Onis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 33 minutes into the match, Caratica FC's goalkeeper Montel Gañona had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Servando Villaraud. Montel Gañona had great luck who in the 37thth minute grab hold of the ball when Martxelin Morera from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. The Cadaverio F.C. fans' excitement grew in the 39th match minute when Cadaverio F.C.'s Servando Villaraud looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Martxelin Morera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Servando Villaraud fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Montel Gañona having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Martxelin Morera to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Martxelin Morera got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 55th minute Servando Villaraud shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Montel Gañona saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcelito Ason in the 57th minute of play forced Cadaverio F.C.'s goalkeeper Federigo Servicial to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Marcelito Ason came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Caratica FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcelito Ason couldn't finish the play. Caratica FC's Montel Gañona played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martxelin Morera in the 63rd minute of play. Montel Gañona took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martxelin Morera, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 69 played minutes Cadaverio F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Matias Faria. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Lauren Sarabia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Caratica FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Lauren Sarabia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Federigo Servicial breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Martxelin Morera's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Montel Gañona was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. In the 82ndth minute of the game Marcelito Ason who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cadaverio F.C.'s Federigo Servicial was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Montel Gañona showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martxelin Morera in the 84th minute of the match. Servando Villaraud might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Montel Gañona. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Servando Villaraud ran back to his position shaking his head. 95 minutes into the game, Favila Baneros was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Caratica FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cadaverio F.C. the free kick. A collision led to Caratica FC getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Favila Baneros hit a great ball. Montel Gañona stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Martxelin Morera's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. Cadaverio F.C.'s supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
