Zxavian Castellon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Janpier Cigaran in the 28th minute of play. If Janpier Cigaran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 33 minutes, Gilmar Matesanz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mangascovera and the Guasduas FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 33rd minute, Gilmar Matesanz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Teo Hervias, 34 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Janpier Cigaran was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 35th minute. Guasduas FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. With a little luck, Mangascovera's Zxavian Castellon got control of the ball when Joaquin Genova tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pietro Tacon in the 44th minute of play forced Guasduas FC's goalkeeper Froylan Erce to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zxavian Castellon didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 47th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Silvanito Cedrun to make the kick off. Piearres Mogoruza blasted a shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Froylan Erce having to make a save. After having played for 73 minutes, Pietro Tacon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mangascovera's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pietro Tacon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Guasduas FC getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Teo Hervias hit a great ball. Joaquin Genova received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Zxavian Castellon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Guasduas FC's Joaquin Genova got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Janpier Cigaran fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zxavian Castellon having to interfere. Janpier Cigaran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 99th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mangascovera's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
