In the 16th match minute, BALLSPIELVERIN BORUSSIA 9 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sein Tejeido to maneuver through the defense. A long shot from Segio Bustillo in the 17th minute of play was well struck, but Orzaize Oria made a really good save at the right post. Emilio Cothal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Segio Bustillo missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 26 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Orzaize Oria right hand side. When Gaxan Tartales came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Curupare fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gaxan Tartales couldn't finish the play. 29 minutes into the game, one of BALLSPIELVERIN BORUSSIA 9:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 30th minute there was a penalty for Curupare. Segio Bustillo stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Orzaize Oria. 1-0. 36 minutes into the game, Gaxan Tartales cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Orzaize Oria was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Raimundo Tegerina kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. 43 minutes into the game, Curupare's Gaxan Tartales nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Orzaize Oria made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0.

Emilio Cothal might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Orzaize Oria. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Emilio Cothal ran back to his position shaking his head. 60 minutes into the match, BALLSPIELVERIN BORUSSIA 9's goal looked a bit too open when Emilio Cothal came free, but Orzaize Oria reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Froylan Viguera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to BALLSPIELVERIN BORUSSIA 9 getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Basajaun Deza hit a great ball. Marques Lizundia hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Segio Bustillo, 78 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Gaxan Tartales struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Orzaize Oria didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Curupare. Orzaize Oria showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaxan Tartales, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. The audience was convinced that Emilio Cothal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Orzaize Oria was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emilio Cothal in the 93rd minute of play forced BALLSPIELVERIN BORUSSIA 9's goalkeeper Orzaize Oria to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
