Cristian Bolantin struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Gero Aviles didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pena FC. After some careless play in the Amoay FC defense, Cristian Bolantin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gero Aviles. The Amoay FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gero Aviles should have stopped the shot. Gero Aviles acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 35th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Lorencio Montalban. In the 40th minute, Cristian Bolantin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Pena FC's Frechoso Losada played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ihintza Curbelo in the 52nd minute of play. Cristian Bolantin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Flavio Ferreiras's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gero Aviles read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. After having played for 61 minutes, Flavio Ferreiras managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pena FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Flavio Ferreiras was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Flavio Ferreiras had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gero Aviles took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Bolantin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zelipe Zumaya kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Gero Aviles stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Flavio Ferreiras's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. In the 79thth minute of the game Laffitte Coz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Amoay FC's Gero Aviles was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 80thth minute of the game Ihintza Curbelo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pena FC's Frechoso Losada was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 84 played minutes, Amoay FC's Vennancio Daza shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Frechoso Losada came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Amoay FC reached it. If Ihintza Curbelo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Flavio Ferreiras had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
