Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Paulino Meja started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Paulino Meja had several of the Merecural FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 3 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Paquito Barcia as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 7th minute Betadur Bailey shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paquito Barcia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rito Sesmilo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Urko Bonal having to interfere. Betadur Bailey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paquito Barcia having to interfere. 15 minutes into the match, Merecural FC's goal looked a bit too open when Betadur Bailey came free, but Paquito Barcia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Serafo Londoño's late challenge caught a Merecural FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Serafo Londoño helped the player get up and apologised. Serafo Londoño hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Betadur Bailey might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Paquito Barcia. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Betadur Bailey ran back to his position shaking his head. Paulino Meja in the 27thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Paquito Barcia, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. A hard shot by Eudoxio Agüeros from long distance, 31 minutes into the match, got Paquito Barcia's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Paulino Meja fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paquito Barcia having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Betadur Bailey in the 41st minute of play forced Merecural FC's goalkeeper Paquito Barcia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Merecural FC's Paquito Barcia got control of the ball when Paulino Meja tried to sneak it across the goal line. Betadur Bailey received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Paquito Barcia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Manogo FC's Serafo Londoño pulled a muscle in his leg after 47 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After a rather tough play, Merecural FC's Justin Marco got a free kick in the 48th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rito Sesmilo to make the kick off. When Araoz Urtarte fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Merecural FC's protests and gave Araoz Urtarte a yellow card for diving instead. After 54 played minutes Merecural FC got a freekick which was hit by Araoz Urtarte. If Betadur Bailey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 64 minutes, Betadur Bailey managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Manogo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Betadur Bailey was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 74th minute, Betadur Bailey got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 77 minutes into the match, Betadur Bailey notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Merecural FC's Paquito Barcia. Paquito Barcia was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Paquito Barcia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Betadur Bailey in the 81st minute of play. Rito Sesmilo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Urko Bonal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Manogo FC's Betadur Bailey in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Merecural FC's goalie prevented a goal. Betadur Bailey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Rito Sesmilo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Merecural FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Rito Sesmilo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Urko Bonal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Betadur Bailey received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Paquito Barcia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Paulino Meja might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Paquito Barcia. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out.
