After 11 minutes, Cresconio Llorden mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Manzanito FC and the Merecural FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Paquito Barcia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luar Olivares in the 13th minute of the match. In the 14th minute, Rocio Vijil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rito Sesmilo in the 19th minute of play forced Manzanito FC's goalkeeper Fabricio Juarez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22ndth minute of the game Rito Sesmilo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Manzanito FC's Fabricio Juarez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 25 minutes into the match, Manzanito FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rocio Vijil came free, but Fabricio Juarez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 28th minute of the match, Luar Olivares got a very nice opportunity to score, but Paquito Barcia was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Rocio Vijil hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Paquito Barcia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luar Olivares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rito Sesmilo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabricio Juarez having to interfere. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rito Sesmilo to make the kick off. Oalo Nestares's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Paquito Barcia read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 51st minute of play. Manzanito FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Oalo Nestares was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Paquito Barcia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tadeo Guerrero didn't quite understand what happened when in the 78 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luar Olivares in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Paquito Barcia saved Merecural FC from getting behind. When Botello Barriga fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Manzanito FC's protests and gave Botello Barriga a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Manzanito FC getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Botello Barriga hit a great ball. After 86 played minutes Merecural FC got a freekick which was hit by Rocio Vijil. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luar Olivares in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Paquito Barcia saved Merecural FC from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rito Sesmilo in the 92nd minute of play forced Manzanito FC's goalkeeper Fabricio Juarez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind Merecural FC's goalkeeper Paquito Barcia, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
