Viator Finez who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 5thth minute tested the skills of Severo Juez when he managed to save the team from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Harkaitz Duro in the 11th minute of play forced Quibor FC's goalkeeper Cebo Monteverde to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Harkaitz Duro might have been able to make a better finish in the 12th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cebo Monteverde. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Harkaitz Duro ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Morichibi booed when Quibor FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Prudentio Arripe didn't get a good kick on the ball. 17 minutes into the match, Harkaitz Duro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cebo Monteverde. Quibor FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Harkaitz Duro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Harkaitz Duro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Morichibi's Timoteo Añoza in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Quibor FC's goalie prevented a goal. Severo Juez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bemabe Figueras, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Viator Finez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Quibor FC's Viator Finez got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cebo Monteverde made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Timoteo Añoza in the 29th minute of play. Bemabe Figueras received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Severo Juez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 41 minutes, Ritchie Alvisto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Morichibi and the Quibor FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Morichibi fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 40th minute. Penalty! Santos Atauri shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Timoteo Añoza to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bemabe Figueras in the 65th minute of play forced Morichibi's goalkeeper Severo Juez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 67th match minute, Morichibi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vitor Guia to maneuver through the defense. In the 68th minute, Santos Atauri sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Morichibi's Severo Juez didn't even have to move. After 75 played minutes Morichibi got a freekick which was hit by Odon Viñe. A collision led to Morichibi getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Vitor Guia hit a great ball. 79 minutes in the game, Bemabe Figueras dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. The supporters of Quibor FC booed when Morichibi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Odon Viñe didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rexino Colmenarejo kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Harkaitz Duro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tabby Uriszar kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Santos Atauri recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Timoteo Añoza kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Cebo Monteverde. That made the score 0-2 in the 96 minute of play. Morichibi's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
