Nantes FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lain Nadal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 10 minutes into the match, Isac Nyman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Severo Juez. Morichibi's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Isac Nyman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Lain Nadal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Severo Juez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Severo Juez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aristides Cabezudo's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. The supporters of Nantes FC booed when Morichibi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pascual Santander didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Gustavo Ramiro fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nantes FC's protests and gave Gustavo Ramiro a yellow card for diving instead. In the 25th minute Lain Nadal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Severo Juez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 54thth minute of the game Aristides Cabezudo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Morichibi's Severo Juez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 58 minutes of play, Nantes FC's Lain Nadal made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Severo Juez was left in no man's land by his defense there! Severo Juez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zacarias Balbanea in the 62nd minute of the match. In the 63rd minute of the match Nantes FC got a corner. After some careless play in the Morichibi defense, Isac Nyman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Severo Juez. The Morichibi fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Severo Juez should have stopped the shot. Aristides Cabezudo scored 7-0 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Severo Juez, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
