Spectators: 6716 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1716, VIP seats: 0) Cruz Lavandera started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Alberino Sena managed to get in a good position for a shot. Evilia FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Alberino Sena was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eduino Urbiso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 6 minutes into the match, Tupuri FC's goalkeeper Eduino Urbiso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hibai Llanderas. Manolo Esqueda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cruz Lavandera, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. The audience was convinced that Cruz Lavandera's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Manolo Esqueda was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. In the 18th minute, Zilar Lizaso ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Manolo Esqueda was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. If Tino Pardaves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Manolo Esqueda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zilar Lizaso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 35 minutes into the match, Evilia FC's Hibai Llanderas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eduino Urbiso narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tino Pardaves's late challenge caught a Evilia FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tino Pardaves helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Evilia FC booed when Tupuri FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tino Pardaves didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Hibai Llanderas came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Evilia FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hibai Llanderas couldn't finish the play. Xuaco Monzon kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. If Cruz Lavandera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tupuri FC's Tino Pardaves suffered a fractured collar bone after 45 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Chuse Pagola charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Chuse Pagola the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 46 played minutes Evilia FC got a freekick which was hit by Chuse Pagola. In the 47th minute, Zilar Lizaso made a precise shot to the right of Manolo Esqueda. Evilia FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Zilar Lizaso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Manolo Esqueda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tupuri FC's Eduino Urbiso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberino Sena in the 63rd minute of play. Tupuri FC's Zilar Lizaso got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hibai Llanderas took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eduino Urbiso. Eduino Urbiso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Zilar Lizaso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Manolo Esqueda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eduino Urbiso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hibai Llanderas in the 78th minute of the match. In the 79th minute Hibai Llanderas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eduino Urbiso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alberino Sena fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eduino Urbiso having to interfere. In the 82nd minute, Xuaco Monzon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hibai Llanderas in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eduino Urbiso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Evilia FC booed when Tupuri FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luken Gonzalo didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Alberino Sena came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Evilia FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alberino Sena couldn't finish the play. In the 96th minute, Hibai Llanderas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Evilia FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
