But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Quintun Lloreda couldn't finish the play. If Rito Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Olo Cevallo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Machado Remesal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Penascal's Machado Remesal got control of the ball when Rito Sancho tried to sneak it across the goal line. Oliveiro Tejadillo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pierres Rojas having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Oliveiro Tejadillo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pierres Rojas was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. Pierres Rojas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Quintun Lloreda in the 23rd minute of the match. The Penascal fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After 39 played minutes Penascal got a freekick which was hit by Bingen Laboy. Penascal's Machado Remesal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Penascal from getting a goal against them. When Penascal's Quintun Lloreda in the 44th minute got a chance for a shot 44th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Infantes FC's goalie prevented a goal. The Infantes FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Penascal were winning 0-1.

After a rather tough play, Penascal's Bingen Laboy got a free kick in the 51st minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Olo Cevallo in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Machado Remesal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Oliveiro Tejadillo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pierres Rojas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. In the 63rd minute, Oliveiro Tejadillo fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Pierres Rojas, passed just outside the right post. Quintun Lloreda hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Rito Sancho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Machado Remesal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. 77 minutes into the match, Infantes FC's goalkeeper Pierres Rojas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Quintun Lloreda. When Orixe Villafana fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Infantes FC's protests and gave Orixe Villafana a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Infantes FC's Orixe Villafana got a free kick in the 82nd minute. With his leg Pierres Rojas managed to avoid a goal in the 88thth minute, when Penascal's Quintun Lloreda fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Pierres Rojas made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Quintun Lloreda sent off a good shot on target.
