After a rather tough play, Sute FC's Ramos Colombres got a free kick in the 11th minute. 14 minutes into the match, Sute FC's goal looked a bit too open when Estebano Ruescas came free, but Rios Llarena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Maravillas F.C's Fiz Encio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonel Rebolleda in the 18th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Leonel Rebolleda managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sute FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Leonel Rebolleda was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fiz Encio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 27th minute, Fortunato Roque hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 28th match minute, Sute FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Americo Verlo to maneuver through the defense. After 31 played minutes Maravillas F.C got a freekick which was hit by Geraldo Rebollar. After a defensive mix-up in Maravillas F.C's zone, Ekhi Sauca stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fiz Encio came out of the goal and Ekhi Sauca tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Maravillas F.C's Fiz Encio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ekhi Sauca in the 34th minute of play. In the 37th minute, Leonel Rebolleda ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fiz Encio was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Fiz Encio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ekhi Sauca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Leonel Rebolleda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Maravillas F.C's Fiz Encio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonel Rebolleda in the 47th minute of play. The Maravillas F.C players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Sute FC were winning 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ekhi Sauca to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ekhi Sauca in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fiz Encio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emilio Arraya in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rios Llarena saved Sute FC from getting behind. Fiz Encio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ekhi Sauca in the 57th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ospetsu Rafales during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ekhi Sauca struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Fiz Encio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sute FC. Leonel Rebolleda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Fiz Encio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Ekhi Sauca managed to get in a good position for a shot. During the 78th minute of the match Ospetsu Rafales completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Ospetsu Rafales a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 78th minute of the game. One of Maravillas F.C:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Sute FC:s goal. In the 81st minute there was a penalty for Sute FC. Vela Tielve stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Fiz Encio. 0-3. Txema Orbaneja was shown his second yellow card after 87 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent.
