Manolito Guren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ipar Bayona, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. In the 7th minute Ipar Bayona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manolito Guren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ekaitz Somonte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Humberto Sandianes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 14th minute, Benvido Lanza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 16th minute of the match Kepa Dulce sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Humberto Sandianes skillfully saved the ball. Manolito Guren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ipar Bayona in the 17th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cristian Mañon during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ipar Bayona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Honorato Lima hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Chepe Subirada kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Metaleros's zone, Chepe Subirada stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Humberto Sandianes came out of the goal and Chepe Subirada tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Ekaitz Somonte managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jabillar FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ekaitz Somonte was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Humberto Sandianes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 40 minutes into the match, Metaleros's goal looked a bit too open when Chepe Subirada came free, but Humberto Sandianes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Metaleros's Humberto Sandianes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ekaitz Somonte in the 43rd minute of play. 47 minutes into the game, Ixidor Mendialdura was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Metaleros's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Jabillar FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Metaleros's Ixidor Mendialdura got a free kick in the 47th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ipar Bayona to make the kick off. Ekaitz Somonte scored 0-1 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Humberto Sandianes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Metaleros's Honorato Lima got a free kick in the 57th minute. Ekaitz Somonte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Humberto Sandianes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 69 minutes, Humberto Sandianes successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ekaitz Somonte got free with Humberto Sandianes in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 77 minutes into the game, one of Metaleros:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 81st minute, Eneko Carrio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Metaleros's Benvido Lanza couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Jabillar FC. Ekaitz Somonte kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 85thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Metaleros's keeper Humberto Sandianes was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. If Ekaitz Somonte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ekaitz Somonte might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Humberto Sandianes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ekaitz Somonte ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 99th minute Chepe Subirada shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Humberto Sandianes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 99 minutes into the game, Chepe Subirada cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Humberto Sandianes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the match was over Jabillar FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Metaleros throughout the match.
