The lara FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Oxarra Palomeque showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aritza Brizuela in the 28th minute of the match. Aritza Brizuela sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Garaile Berrez fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Imperio F.C's protests and gave Garaile Berrez a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of lara FC booed when Imperio F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Garaile Berrez didn't get a good kick on the ball. lara FC's Aritza Brizuela got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 36 minutes into the match, Imperio F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Buinton Caubilla came free, but Oxarra Palomeque reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Imperio F.C's Oxarra Palomeque played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Buinton Caubilla in the 40th minute of play. 41 minutes into the game, Zacarias Rosinos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Imperio F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave lara FC the free kick. Oxarra Palomeque made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aritza Brizuela in the 43rd minute of play. If Buinton Caubilla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Oxarra Palomeque took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aritza Brizuela, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Oxarra Palomeque made an important save on a dangerous shot by Buinton Caubilla in the 52nd minute. lara FC's Aritza Brizuela got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Imperio F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave lara FC the free kick. Imperio F.C's Oxarra Palomeque proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Imperio F.C from getting a goal against them. In the 90thth minute of the game Aritza Brizuela who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Imperio F.C's Oxarra Palomeque was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 92 minutes into the match, Imperio F.C's goalkeeper Oxarra Palomeque had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Buinton Caubilla. 95 minutes into the match, Imperio F.C's Atarratze Manzanares sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alvarez Reve narrowly saved just below the crossbar. lara FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
