Spectators: 6757 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1757, VIP seats: 0) Hanni Boliana started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Oxarra Palomeque showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hanni Boliana, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. When Sergi España fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Barisiguas's protests and gave Sergi España a yellow card for diving instead. In the 9th minute, Sergi España hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Atarratze Manzanares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Evaristo Boveda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tirso Soterraña in the 12th minute of play. Hanni Boliana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Oxarra Palomeque tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dolfos Argüeso's late challenge caught a Barisiguas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dolfos Argüeso helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Barisiguas booed when Imperio F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dolfos Argüeso didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Atarratze Manzanares managed to get in a good position for a shot. Imperio F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Atarratze Manzanares was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Evaristo Boveda breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Barisiguas's Orlondon Pintor got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Atarratze Manzanares recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Tirso Soterraña had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Evaristo Boveda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Atarratze Manzanares in the 29th minute of the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Imperio F.C fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 39th minute. Penalty! 42 minutes into the game, Barisiguas's Primitivo Artieta nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Oxarra Palomeque made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. With a little luck, Imperio F.C's Oxarra Palomeque got control of the ball when Fernando Osorio tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tirso Soterraña made a kick off. Oxarra Palomeque came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Barisiguas's Fernando Osorio. But to his dismay, Fernando Osorio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. After a rather tough play, Barisiguas's Maurilio Bonal got a free kick in the 55th minute. In the 58th minute, Tirso Soterraña got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 61st minute, Barisiguas's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Tirso Soterraña fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 64th minute Fernando Osorio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oxarra Palomeque saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Barisiguas booed when Imperio F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gabon Gabirondo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Barisiguas's Primitivo Artieta couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 66th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Imperio F.C. Hanni Boliana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fernando Osorio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Oxarra Palomeque tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Fernando Osorio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hanni Boliana in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Oxarra Palomeque prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Barisiguas's Primitivo Artieta got a free kick in the 91st minute. Fernando Osorio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Imperio F.C's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
