Vasco Siles might have been able to make a better finish in the 3rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Epifanio Min. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vasco Siles ran back to his position shaking his head. The Catauron fans' excitement grew in the 5th match minute when Catauron's Rio Contera looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Oliviero Rael kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Foxes's goalkeeper Epifanio Min, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 15 minutes, Caracakingo Eijo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Foxes's supporters crossed their fingers, but Caracakingo Eijo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rio Contera succeeded in the game's 23rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-2. Vasco Siles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 31 minutes of play, Catauron's Vasco Siles made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Epifanio Min was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Vasco Siles in the 37th minute of play forced FC Foxes's goalkeeper Epifanio Min to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rio Contera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Epifanio Min tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 43 minutes into the match, FC Foxes's goal looked a bit too open when Vasco Siles came free, but Epifanio Min reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 46th match minute, FC Foxes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erruki Merodo to maneuver through the defense. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alvaro Terrilla made a kick off. Rio Contera who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 54thth minute tested the skills of Epifanio Min when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 57 minutes into the match, FC Foxes's goal looked a bit too open when Vasco Siles came free, but Epifanio Min reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Liberto Pedronera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Caracakingo Eijo in the 63rd minute of the match. In the 64thth minute of the game Vasco Siles who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Foxes's Epifanio Min was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Rio Contera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Catauron booed when FC Foxes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oliviero Rael didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vasco Siles's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Epifanio Min read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. After 74 played minutes Catauron got a freekick which was hit by Vasco Siles. With a little luck, FC Foxes's Epifanio Min got control of the ball when Rio Contera tried to sneak it across the goal line. Epifanio Min took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vasco Siles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Epifanio Min made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Bazil Lerena sent off a good shot on target. If Vasco Siles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Epifanio Min didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rio Contera went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. The FC Foxes fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Catauron were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
