Palmitas's Cirilo Valluerca got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cuarto Gadano charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cuarto Gadano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 16th match minute, DEMONIOS ROJO FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cuarto Gadano to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Erasmo Arredondo in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Valentine Alaiza prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 23 minutes, Ezkerra Moraina managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Palmitas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ezkerra Moraina was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Valentine Alaiza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erasmo Arredondo in the 33rd minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Erasmo Arredondo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Valentine Alaiza was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. The wind increased when Erasmo Arredondo made the kick off in the second half. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erasmo Arredondo couldn't finish the play. 68 minutes into the match, Palmitas's goal looked a bit too open when Oxarra Yarritu came free, but Xayveon Serrato reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 79 minutes into the game, Palmitas's Ezkerra Moraina nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Valentine Alaiza made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0.
