Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Erasmo Arredondo got the match started through his kick off. A collision led to Palmitas getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Tomas Villaluenga hit a great ball. Mateo Umaña received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Xayveon Serrato tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ezkerra Moraina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daunte Dolmos having to interfere. Leoncio Arizmendi hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. 24 minutes had been played when some careless play by Macoita's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Esdras Iban was slow to take the kick. During this time Palmitas's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Palmitas's corner Esdras Iban fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Daunte Dolmos quite easily take care of the ball. In the 29th minute Erasmo Arredondo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daunte Dolmos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Ezkerra Moraina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Erasmo Arredondo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Daunte Dolmos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erasmo Arredondo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 36th minute, Erasmo Arredondo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Daunte Dolmos. The goal made the score 2-0. Daunte Dolmos stood somewhat misplaced when Erasmo Arredondo came free in front of goal and shot 3-0 to the left of him in the 41 minute. Bertin Campderros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xayveon Serrato having to interfere. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mateo Umaña was the one to do the kick off. Daunte Dolmos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erasmo Arredondo, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. After 56 played minutes Palmitas got a freekick which was hit by Erasmo Arredondo. In the 57th match minute, Palmitas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hats Lopidana to maneuver through the defense. If Ezkerra Moraina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 60th minute, Erasmo Arredondo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Daunte Dolmos was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Ezkerra Moraina managed to get in a good position for a shot. Palmitas's supporters rose to their feet, but Ezkerra Moraina was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Daunte Dolmos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 68 minutes into the game, Erasmo Arredondo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Daunte Dolmos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ezkerra Moraina might have been able to make a better finish in the 75th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Daunte Dolmos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ezkerra Moraina ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to Palmitas getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Tomas Villaluenga hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Macoita's Raebert Caicedo tried to score from far away in the 81st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 88 minutes into the match, Macoita's goal looked a bit too open when Ezkerra Moraina came free, but Daunte Dolmos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Macoita defense, Erasmo Arredondo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Daunte Dolmos. The Macoita fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Daunte Dolmos should have stopped the shot. In the 95th minute, Erasmo Arredondo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Palmitas fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0.
