Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Senin Algara made the kick off which started today's match. Zulia F.C.'s Efraim Corbella played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Senin Algara in the 4th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Zulia F.C.'s zone, Isaac Ribero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Efraim Corbella came out of the goal and Isaac Ribero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Efraim Corbella stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Senin Algara's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. After having played for 8 minutes, Isaac Ribero managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. laraespor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Isaac Ribero was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Senin Algara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 12 minutes into the game, Senin Algara recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Efraim Corbella. Senin Algara showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Isaac Ribero got free with Efraim Corbella in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Senin Algara in the 19th minute of play forced Zulia F.C.'s goalkeeper Efraim Corbella to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Zulia F.C.'s zone, Isaac Ribero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Efraim Corbella came out of the goal and Isaac Ribero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rene Caamaño kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Nesor Hernaiz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amato Corujo, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. In the 30th match minute, Zulia F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maiorga Barrieta to maneuver through the defense. Lino Castellon, 31 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Isaac Ribero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zulia F.C.'s Efraim Corbella played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Senin Algara in the 35th minute of play. Amato Corujo might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nesor Hernaiz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Amato Corujo ran back to his position shaking his head. 44 minutes into the match, Zulia F.C.'s goalkeeper Efraim Corbella had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Isaac Ribero. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Amato Corujo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Nesor Hernaiz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nesor Hernaiz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Amato Corujo in the 63rd minute. Amato Corujo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 69 minutes, Honesto Tella mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Zulia F.C. and the laraespor players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 69th minute, Honesto Tella hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Frutos Zuzuarregui during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Frutos Zuzuarregui hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. 75 minutes into the match, laraespor's goalkeeper Nesor Hernaiz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Amato Corujo. When Isaac Ribero came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the laraespor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isaac Ribero couldn't finish the play. Nesor Hernaiz was a little too slow when Josu Guillamas got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 84th minute. The score was now 1-1. Omero Montesino kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Efraim Corbella showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Senin Algara in the 90th minute of the match. When Isaac Ribero came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the laraespor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isaac Ribero couldn't finish the play. Efraim Corbella came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by laraespor's Senin Algara. But to his dismay, Senin Algara quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Efraim Corbella took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Senin Algara, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zulia F.C.'s players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
