Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Ranajaro's Fonda Teja started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 5 minutes, Mateo Beitia mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cuabana FC and the Ranajaro players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Cuabana FC getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Mateo Beitia hit a great ball. Prospero Munne made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Ruisko Caño sent off a good shot on target. Xzavaier Colina received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Fermin Argaez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cuabana FC's Prospero Munne played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fonda Teja in the 13th minute of play. Aquiles Elenes charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aquiles Elenes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 15th minute, Aquiles Elenes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ranajaro's Fermin Argaez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Koldo Güemes in the 17th minute of play. Libertad Castresana shot the penalty kick right outside the post. A collision led to Ranajaro getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Goizeder Domaquia hit a great ball. Libertad Castresana, 26 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 28 minutes into the match, Cuabana FC's Koldo Güemes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fermin Argaez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 34th minute of the match Emeterio Balpuesta sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fermin Argaez skillfully saved the ball. Emeterio Balpuesta hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Etxekopar Beaga kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Fermin Argaez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Koldo Güemes in the 49th minute of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Koldo Güemes to strike the kick off in the second half. Koldo Güemes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fermin Argaez having to interfere. Mateo Beitia kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Xzavaier Colina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fermin Argaez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Koldo Güemes in the 62nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Ranajaro's Goizeder Domaquia got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Xzavaier Colina took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fermin Argaez. Fermin Argaez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in Ranajaro's zone, Koldo Güemes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fermin Argaez came out of the goal and Koldo Güemes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 70 played minutes Ranajaro got a freekick which was hit by Faro Mazas. If Koldo Güemes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Xzavaier Colina's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fermin Argaez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. The supporters of Ranajaro booed when Cuabana FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mateo Beitia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Prospero Munne showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fonda Teja in the 78th minute of the match. The supporters of Cuabana FC booed when Ranajaro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgard Bayona didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 82nd minute, Ranajaro's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Koldo Güemes fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After a defensive mix-up in Ranajaro's zone, Xzavaier Colina stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fermin Argaez came out of the goal and Xzavaier Colina tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Ruisko Caño had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Ranajaro's Fermin Argaez got control of the ball when Xzavaier Colina tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cuabana FC played a much better game than Ranajaro and deserved their victory. The Ranajaro players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
