Astigar Allonca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 16 played minutes Tarabacoita got a freekick which was hit by Evelio Armona. Salvador Andolz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Su Descapa, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. 21 minutes into the match, Colgate's goal looked a bit too open when Su Descapa came free, but Salvador Andolz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Chorche Baro kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Maore Baena fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Astigar Allonca having to interfere. Astigar Allonca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bitxintxo Aveo in the 64th minute of play. Colgate's Clemente Rogel got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bitxintxo Aveo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Astigar Allonca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bitxintxo Aveo in the 73rd minute of the match. In the 79th minute, Janpier Chasco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bitxintxo Aveo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Astigar Allonca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bitxintxo Aveo in the 85th minute of the match. Astigar Allonca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clemente Rogel, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. When Su Descapa came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Tarabacoita fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Su Descapa couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the Colgate defense, Janpier Chasco kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Salvador Andolz. The Colgate fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Salvador Andolz should have stopped the shot. Tarabacoita's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
