Shepherd Reborio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albino Pison in the 21st minute of the match. After 22 minutes of play, Jaimero's Albino Pison made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Shepherd Reborio was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Chorache Sariego fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Jaimero's protests and gave Chorache Sariego a yellow card for diving instead. Zenon Tejo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Quintun Teberga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Portuguesa booed when Jaimero was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Donato Erauso didn't get a good kick on the ball. Salbatore Bildosteguy might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Quintun Teberga. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Salbatore Bildosteguy ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 30thth minute of the game Salbatore Bildosteguy who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Jaimero's Quintun Teberga was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Zenon Tejo could shoot a difficult shot in the 31st minute, which Quintun Teberga however easily saved by the left post. In the 37th minute, Zenon Tejo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Shepherd Reborio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ciro Villapun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciro Villapun in the 40th minute of play forced Portuguesa's goalkeeper Shepherd Reborio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Quintun Teberga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Salbatore Bildosteguy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ciro Villapun made a kick off. A nice corner shot did that Tiniebra Zadaya got away a dangerous shot. The supporters of Portuguesa booed when Jaimero was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iratzeder Herce didn't get a good kick on the ball. Emesto Tarsa kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
