An unexpectedly hard shot by Illart Claveria in the 21st minute of play forced Estudiantes nelsFC's goalkeeper Nicollao Santo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Illart Claveria had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 26th minute of the match, Leo Pascalin got a very nice opportunity to score, but Nicollao Santo was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Adalberto Rozas kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Nicollao Santo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The referee ignored Estudiantes nelsFC's protests and gave Xavion Tejeido a yellow card for diving instead. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Illart Claveria made a kick off. The referee gave Congorocho FC a penalty, 53 minutes into the game. Leo Pascalin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Xavion Tejeido kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. 65 minutes into the match, Leo Pascalin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nicollao Santo. Estudiantes nelsFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Leo Pascalin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Emanuel Barrachina showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernard Abeita in the 77th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Estudiantes nelsFC's zone, Leo Pascalin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nicollao Santo came out of the goal and Leo Pascalin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Illart Claveria received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Nicollao Santo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Estudiantes nelsFC's Nicollao Santo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leo Pascalin in the 84th minute of play. After 84 played minutes Estudiantes nelsFC got a freekick which was hit by Xavion Tejeido. After some careless play in the Estudiantes nelsFC defense, Leo Pascalin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nicollao Santo. The Estudiantes nelsFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nicollao Santo should have stopped the shot. Leo Pascalin kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. If Bernard Abeita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Congorocho FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
