Estapapes FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gagriel Gurbista was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Estapapes FC's Garci Rius suffered a concussion after 9 minutes and had to leave the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gagriel Gurbista got free with Ciceron Meca in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Paguey FC's Ciceron Meca got control of the ball when Gagriel Gurbista tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 25 played minutes Paguey FC got a freekick which was hit by Gaizka Larrimbe. Gagriel Gurbista took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ciceron Meca. Ciceron Meca dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. The nice shot from Gagriel Gurbista in the 32ndth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Ciceron Meca had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Gagriel Gurbista sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Larpe Arrateguibel took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 42nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ciceron Meca. Paguey FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 43 minutes into the game, one of Paguey FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 45 minutes, Estapapes FC's Larpe Arrateguibel got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Ciceron Meca. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gagriel Gurbista was the one to do the kick off. Gagriel Gurbista sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ciceron Meca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gagriel Gurbista in the 58th minute of the match. 59 minutes into the game, Estapapes FC's Gagriel Gurbista nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ciceron Meca made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Ciceron Meca was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 69th minute, Gagriel Gurbista left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Estapapes FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Guipuzkoa Castilla's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ciceron Meca read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. If Gagriel Gurbista had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ciceron Meca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gagriel Gurbista, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 81st match minute, Paguey FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leocadio Ayasti to maneuver through the defense. Paguey FC's Ciceron Meca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gagriel Gurbista in the 86th minute of play. Gagriel Gurbista sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Estapapes FC's Anton Moral got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Estapapes FC fully deserved thier win.
