Spectators: 7372 (Terracing: 5642, Seating: 1730, VIP seats: 0) 6 minutes into the match, Pilancon FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ximenes Perojo came free, but Juan-Alfredo Morelle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Mantzio Pena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Mantzio Pena came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Petroleros Fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mantzio Pena couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mantzio Pena in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Juan-Alfredo Morelle saved Pilancon FC from getting behind. Pilancon FC's Juan-Alfredo Morelle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mantzio Pena in the 15th minute of play. After 17 minutes, Alfredo Lujan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Petroleros Fc and the Pilancon FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Juan-Alfredo Morelle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ximenes Perojo in the 28th minute of the match. Ximenes Perojo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juan-Alfredo Morelle having to interfere. When Alfredo Lujan was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 32 minutes had been played. The supporters of Pilancon FC booed when Petroleros Fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfredo Lujan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tanio Castaño's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edi Santos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. Tanio Castaño who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 39thth minute tested the skills of Edi Santos when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Edi Santos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Estefan Campderros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Estefan Campderros to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Estefan Campderros in the 52nd minute of play forced Petroleros Fc's goalkeeper Edi Santos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 52nd match minute, Petroleros Fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xencio Puelles to maneuver through the defense. Tanio Castaño received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Edi Santos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Mantzio Pena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Xencio Puelles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juan-Alfredo Morelle having to interfere. Juan-Alfredo Morelle didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mantzio Pena went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. A collision led to Pilancon FC getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Dantel Vilamajo hit a great ball. Mantzio Pena struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Juan-Alfredo Morelle didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Petroleros Fc. 91 minutes into the game, Tanio Castaño was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pilancon FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Petroleros Fc the free kick. Petroleros Fc's Mantzio Pena got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Petroleros Fc played a much better game than Pilancon FC and deserved their victory. The Pilancon FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
